Neha Kothari ( Co-Founder)
Born and raised in Udaipur, with a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication ,Neha loved Handmade art since childhood. Deciding to take up ‘conventional jobs’ she worked as Research Assistant in a Govt. Project sponsored by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India for 4 Years ,but her heart and mind, “remained elsewhere.” Along with her Job She was active in social work and remained Closely connected with several NGO like JANDAKSHA , AJEEVIKA , JATAN aimed specifically for Village Girls. She conducted several Art and Craft Workshop for girls in these Organizations. These workshops gave valuable insights on the huge untapped talent of young girls and women in various crafts. Humbled by their talent, skills, and resilience, she quit her job and reignited her childhood passion and started RMantra along with her friend Neha( fondly called as Dolly) . In addition to her love for craft she is an avid lover of History and Culture. Neha leads and executes our organization’s work by creating the correct balance between customers and objectives of the company’s financial strategy

A Post Graduate in Electronics and Communication , Social work has always been a big part in Neha's Life. After her masters she decided to shift her gears from technical to social field and opted to work for less privileged children by joining a NGO “Being inner silence” as a chief Project Manager. Neha has always been passionate about working for the betterment of the society. She has been part of the Informal Education Program for slums through creative thinking and Value Education since her college days. The itch to do something on her own made her take the entrepreneurial plunge in 2015 . Neha is gifted with a melodious Voice and a Dance Passionate. In her free time She loves to teach dance to kids. Neha is very creative with significant depth in dedication and diligence, Neha not only contributes her professional expertise and dedicated mentor-ship to the company, but also her penchant for sourcing good design has propelled the company to finer heights.
